Examine delivery methods and select most efficient and effective to deliver needed information to field personnel. Work closely with other training organizations and internal and external subject matter experts and trainers. Design, develop and deliver training materials and documentation to best meet needs of all involved. Design and specify images, animations, and simulations to be used in conjunction with training documentation. Coordinate procurement of components and production of physical training aids and equipment for use in classes. Deliver training to specified groups at appropriate levels, using ongoing evaluation to modify training program as needed. Assure that material and documentation is readily available for distribution to and use by redelivery teams.Education  Bachelor's degree in an Industrial or Agricultural Education or Engineering related field, or equivalent work experience. Required Skills and Experience  General understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic principles. Good understanding of mechanical devices and methods of servicing them. Ability to effectively communicate information to students in a learning environment. Must be able to instruct students from around the world with different backgrounds and levels of technical ability. Minimum 2 years technical writing with the ability to take complex, technical topics and write about them. Desired Skills and Experience  Recent and significant experience with technical aspects of John Deere tractors. Practical experience in operating tractors and implements in an agricultural setting. Ability and desire to research and author technical training documentation.This position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.
