In this position, you will: Provide leadership for successful implementation of OEM engine application projects and programs. Initiate and facilitate teamwork within the OEM Applications team and with all other OEM Applications stakeholders. Develop projects with Marketing utilizing the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP). Coordinate with Application Design, Performance and Emissions, Engine Controls, Product Verification and Validation (PV&V), and the JDPS engine factories on project planning, resources, and timelines. Lead OEM projects; coordinating with OEM Sales Engineers, Engine Distributors, Direct Customers, European Engine Engineering, and Marketing to support OEM engine customers. Create and deliver engine application engineering information, and guidelines for use by OEM engine customers. Communicate current OEM Application project status to management. Implement EPDP effectively. Prioritize work on OEM engine application projects. Ensure project PV&V activities are conducted and aligned with the Engine Engineering PV&V team. Develop and implement improvements for the successful management of OEM engine application projects and processes. Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering. Advanced degree in a technical discipline or an MBA is a plus.Required Skills and Experience 5 or more years of experience in a Product Engineering position. Proven leadership experience managing projects and leading teams. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Experience with engine design, development, and/or application.Desired Skills and Experience Strong knowledge of a product delivery process (initial concept through post production customer support).
