Senior Account Manager/Business Developer
Are you that special person who builds relationships, nurtures customers and creates and converts new sales opportunities?
Requirements:
· A proven track record of sales success and account management.
· Bachelor's degree
· Master's level education preferred
· 5+ years of senior level sales experience in a consultant environment.
· 10 years of sales and business development experience.
· Must have Agricultural experience.
· Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills in addition to excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Exceptional leadership skills.
· The know-how to identify new business opportunities.
· The ability to work individually and with a team. Possess a Valid Drivers License with an excellent driving record.Be proactive with problem solving and analytical capabilities. Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with the ability to develop/nurture relationships that will enhance the organization.
Candidate must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation of $100k +/- salary depending on experience, plus Incentive Compensation
No relocation benefits are currently being offered although the client will consider candidates from neighboring states.
