JOB DESCRIPTION: A major agriculture company with distribution in 48 states seeking a growth oriented Safety Director for its Montgomery, AL location.  Job duties include: Lead and direct DOT Compliance for a fleet of 440 trucks and drivers. Ensure safety for all drivers. Ensure drivers are drug free and driver logs are kept up to date. Develop and implement all safety procedures throughout company. Will ensure all Safety regulations are met and documented. Will have company car for this position. One direct report. JOB REQUIREMENTS: BS Degree. DOT experience. Ability to lead and direct. Oral and written skills. Understanding State and local regulations. Ability to grow in company. Local Candidates Only - No Relocation available
