Post-Harvest Lab Technician

The lab technician will provide technical support to R& D program for evaluating various postharvest technologies including SmartFresh? technology on fruits, vegetables and flowers. The lab technician will be responsible for assisting with execution of experiments, routine quality measurements on fruits, vegetables and flowers, collecting produce from pack houses, assisting with field trials in both pack houses and orchards and data entry.
