Office Manager - Naperville, IL
The individual in this position manages the entire district office operations. The Client Relations Manager (CRM) will be responsible for generating sales and financial reports, assessing, collections, reviewing and updating the AP/AR books. Maintains all employee paperwork which includes new hires, insurance, time cards, payroll, vacation, driver files in accordance with DOT standards, and all other miscellaneous employee benefits. Coordinates District Manager, Arborists, and all district meeting schedules including safety, client relations, and crew dispatch. Organizes, updates and maintains all office files up to The Care of Trees audit standards. Ability to meet multiple deadlines, and effectively delegate work to the Client Relations Assistant (CRA). Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task and manage many projects at one time. Create Arborists proposals into work orders. Ability to take care of and resolve escalated client service and employee issues as they arise. Visits and maintains relationship with key clients ("Charter Oaks"). Ability to frequently work long and extended hours, which includes some Saturdays. Strong collaboration skills and ability to take direction from the Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) and other district counter parts. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business preferred but not required Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must have strong work ethic in a fast paced and ever changing environment Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Exceptional client servicing to internal and external clients Ability to generate and analyze P&L, budgetary, sales and AP/AR reports Must be energetic and a flexible team player Innovative problem solver who uses strong organizational/leadership skills Previous office/administrative management is required.
