Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager. This position can be located anywhere within the geographical territory of the manager (North Eastern Region). This position is responsbile to grow the MicroEssentials business to achieve our sales and profit targets. This person supports the K-Mag business to achieve targets and increase demand. This role also provides technical agronomic support as needed and requested, to account managers and key customers. Principle Accountabilities: Build and localize the MES and K-Mag toolbox to have agronomic and business propositions that are “customer ready”. To market the toolbox and guide the sales process internally and externally thru a “train the trainer” approach. Plan and execute on customer training meetings and demand generation to achieve budgeted targets for Mosaic specialty products. Coordinate overall customer and sales activities with account managers (joined at the hip), marketing, agronomy and other key stakeholders to grow Mosaic’s specialty products business. Work with key influencers and researchers to provide proof data supporting Mosaic specialty products’ features and benefits. Lead technical and agronomic training and support for account managers, customers and influencers. This position is covered by Mosaic’s Employee Dispute Resolution program. Mosaic is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Required Education, Experience, Skills: B.S. or M.S. is required. Proven sales track record required. 3-5 years sales experience of value added products is preferred. Agronomic training experience with multiple crops is required. Experience in working with account managers, retailers and large growers is preferred. Working proficiency of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience launching new product lines is required. Training and team building skills are high priorities.
