LANDSCAPE COORDINATOR
Commercial Landscape Design/Maintenance Dallas based privately held company, is experiencing rapid growth resulting in the need for a Landscape Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, honest and hardworking individual to become part of the management team and grow the company to the next level.
Reporting to the Owner, the Landscape Coordinator is responsible for all landscape operations design and color. Coordinator will have strong customer interface to insure client satisfaction. Coordinator will be responsible for the supervision for a team of individuals.
The successful individual should have the following skills:Strong communication skills with the ability to speak Spanish helpfulStrong initiative with ability to work with limited direct supervisionStrong administrative paperwork and organizational skills Ability to forecast labor, materials and equipment needs 1-3 years of landscape design/color experience preferred1-3 years of supervisory experience helpfulBachelors degree in Horticulture or Landscape Architecture
