International Fulfillment Assistant

Position Summary:

 

The International Fulfillment Assistant provides support for Loveland Product’s International order and logistics needs.  This role is responsible for order entry and tracking, document processing, and special projects.

 

Essential Functions:Receive international purchase orders and create international customer orders in BPCS Create purchase orders for 3rd party sourcing and communicate as needed with vendors Communicate with international customers to clarify ship/delivery date expectations regarding order changes such as quantities, availability dates, and costs—esp. when orders exceed forecastsTrack shipments, communicate status changes to customers, and enter order transactions and date changes into the BPCS systemAssist in managing and communicating country regulatory requirements, labels, container ID-marking, and other order details to LPI and 3rd party sources Assist in document preparation for International Customs’ requirements Support international supply chain functions as needed, such as new product requests, regulatory issues, label design and ordering issues, product returns, and managing freight invoices

 

Education and Experience:

·  Prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, agriculture, or related field plus 2 years experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service.  Will consider appropriate and significant experience with more general education.HazMat Certification desired but not required (training to be provided as needed)
