Human Resources Manager, Corporate

Large mushroopm company located in the Monterey Bay area is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its Corporate Office.   Responsibilities are to administer various HR plans and procedures; monitor performance evaluation program; perform benefit administration; maintains PAF database; develop and maintain affirmative action plans; maintains HR information system and compiles reports; handles employee counseling; maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations concerning employment; recruitment; other duties as assigned.  

5-7 years of experience in HR, Bachelor's degree preferred, ability to speak Spanish a plus.
