We are one of the largest and fastest growing container tree farms in the country, with production facilities located in Texas and Florida. 

 

Currently seeking detail oriented team players who can organize, manage, and execute for the following position.

 

FARM MANAGER

 

North Farm location – Ben Wheeler, TX

(70 miles East of Dallas)

 

Responsibilities include managing all horticultural practices for producing quality trees.  Professional leadership with efficient management of people and equipment, scheduling equipment maintenance, hiring & payroll responsibilities, space utilization, and inventory accuracy.  The grower will be responsible for crop maintenance as well as the quality of trees in all stages and presentation of the farm year round.

 

Qualified candidate should have a Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent  work experience, ability to operate MS office software and capable of lifting 50 pounds.
