District Manager - IP Grain
OVERVIEW My client seeks a sales respresentative with proven track record of developing business, field marketing and building strategic business relationships in the agricultural sector. This high growth company is a supplier of a premium food ingredient with a nearly untapped market potential. They are looking for a very dynamic individual for their dynamic organization! KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Promote and develop sales of identity preserved grain by-products Manage identity preserved grain programs Develop long term relationships with growers Recruit and manage producer base for identity preserved grain production Form lasting relationships with country grain elevators including but not limited to strategic partner relationship as they will facilitate the distribution of seed, provide access to potential contract acres and provide storage of IP Grain. Perform marketing at the field level for IP programBACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS Proven background in Sales and/or Business Development Excellent understanding of Agricultural Retail Outlets including Elevators / Cooperatives Working understanding of the Seed & Grain Industries Proven track record of developing business and maintain strong relationships Self Motivated to work remotely Reside in Central Iowa B.S.
