National Casein Company is a well-established global supplier of adhesives. We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Field Sales located at our headquarters in Chicago, IL.
This all-encompassing role will have global accountability for current and long-term sales strategies, research and development, market research, competitor and customer analysis, customer surveying, corporate external communications/PR efforts, as well as managing and developing a national field sales staff.
We seek a dynamic and energetic personality with 5+ years of field sales management experience within a manufacturing and/ or industrial environment, the ability to discern emerging markets and translate them into profitable sales, strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage.
This position requires proven knowledge of sales management, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits solutions selling, and the willingness to travel to various sales territories and plant sites.
