Design Engineer Manager
Design Engineering  Manager
Leading manufacturer of grain storage, drying and bulk material handling equipment  has an immediate need for Engineering Manager based in central Illinois. This company offers a full line of material handling equipment including augers, bin sweeps, bucket elevators, conveyors, distributors, chain loop systems, and grain spreaders.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of ProE designers in developing an exciting new product line from cradle to grave.
Requirements;
                  A degree (BSME, Structural Engineering, Agriculture) but a degree in an Engineering discipline will work.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing
Heavy metal fabrication experience - or heavy construction applications like a Cat or Bobcat; or, farm machinery, equipment, buildings, like Deere, New Holland
Experience leading a team of design engineers (8-12); ProE
Experience designing and launching new products using structured processes - from cradle to grave
They want A+ players - someone to move up in the organization
Comp range is $95k - $120k (or higher for top candidate)
Target bonus is 10 percent. Very profitable company with great opportunity for advancement
