Dealer Merchandising Coordinator
We have an immediate opening for a Dealer Merchandising Coordinator. The responsibilities include:
q Site work necessary to properly merchandise product categories, modulars, and assortments at Private Dealer Locations as directed by management in support of increased sales.
q Assist in the preparation of Modular Sales Tools that depict approved Modulars, Order Forms, and Collateral Materials. Responsible for ensuring that private dealers accurately present and price products.
q Assist Private Dealer Personnel in building merchandise displays at selected Dealer locations consistent with approved Merchandising Standards.
q Effectively use Dealer’s existing inventory of gondolas, pegboard, and other fixtures to achieve conformity with Modulars, designated floor plans and company Merchandise Presentation Standards.
q Communicate project details and expected completion dates, as appropriate, to management for dissemination to Dealer Sales Managers.
q Train key Private Dealer Employees on company merchandising standards including use of floor plans, modulars, merchandise categories, presentation standards and execution thereof.
The qualifications include a BS/BA Degree, or 4 years equivalent work experience in retail merchandising. Familiarity with Agricultural and/or Hardware Products desired. Strong team building, communication, and project management skills are required. This position requires extensive overnight travel.
