Buyer Call (319) 294-8380Description: My client is in need of a Buyer who will be directly responsible for the procurement of raw materials, parts and services, expedite orders, data entry of information into the computer (MRP System) that supports the needs of manufacturing and other assigned areas or departments. His/Her essential job functions will be to ensure products and services are secured at cost, quality, and delivery competitive levels consistent with performance expectations. This individual will also communicate with internal and external customers on purchasing related issues. Also will study the market prices and trends, industry developments and manufacturing method improvements applicable to assigned responsibilities.
