Arborist/Sales Representative
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Stumpy's is seeking a motivated, career-oriented individual who is dedicated to providing a higher standard of sales service. Position involves surveying commercial and residential properties and providing estimate proposals on-site. Applicant would preferably have experience with tree and shrub health care diagnosis and insect control programs. Responsible for developing rapport and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and to positively represent the company within the community. Position requires travel throughout the Boston Metro West area and beyond, vehicle will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:
·        Adept at identifying and diagnosing tree and shrub health care needs. ·        Must be proficient and effective and pricing and proposal preparation. ·        Negotiate contracts and prepare bids for large jobs. ·        Outstanding multi-tasking and organizational skills required. ·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ·        MCA and/or ISA certification preferred. Â
Additional Information:
Stumpy’s Tree Service offers full-time, year round employment. Compensation includes base pay, company vehicle and complete benefits package including; health insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401K.
