Animal Shelter Kennel Attendant

Socializing and caring for rescued, foster greyhounds (a very friendly breed) includes a lot of cleaning, some administrative tasks and a few errands.

Part-time position. Long-term preferred. $15/hr. No benefits or sick/vacation accrual. Non-profit corporation with over 20 years of history in greyhound rescue.

Veterinary techician skills will be given priority.

Dogs weigh between 55-85 lbs., so a certain amount of stamina is required.

 

There is some flexibility in the hours, but the shifts could include any day of the week:

6:30am-10am

&/or 1:00pm-2:30pm

&/or 5:30pm-9:00pm
