Administrative Specialist
Duties:
·       provide excellent customer service by phone and in person
·       provide general administrative assistance to Director and staff
·       maintain and improve office systems and administrative procedures
·       maintain and improve Microsoft Access reporting database
·       handle special event announcements and registration
·       handle day to day accounts payable and receivable
·       maintain financial records
·       assist with payroll and benefit records
 Qualifications:
        ·      associates degree, bachelors degree or previous experience
 ·       familiarity with popular computer software (including, but not     Â
      limited to,  MS Word, Excel, Access, Peachtree, and Publisher)    Â
 ·     ability to demonstrate some knowledge of or an appreciation for
       natural resource conservation
 ·       a valid Ohio drivers license and good driving record
