Responsibilities include:

Supports the General Manager and Marketing Manager Administrative duties for the Southwest Indiana Division (includes multiple field-based retail farm centers) General office duties and all office correspondence Meeting preparations Manages all new hire/rehire/job separation paperwork May require the ability to lead, motivate and direct subordinates Operates required office equipment and computers Assists General Manager with payroll and salary reviews May support, train, and schedule work for Admin Coordinators Assists in budget administration and preparation May require accounting experience Works with AS400 reports and ADN reports



Applicant must possess the following skills:

Minimum secretarial/administration experience of 2 years Self-motivated, well-organized, able to multi-task Able to work independently with minimal direction Strong verbal & written skills in business language Knowledge of business etiquette and proper formation in writing letters, memos, and email Strong understanding of confidentiality Understand financial reports, Profit & Loss reports, and business planning Knowledge and understanding of financials to create reports and spreadsheets for General Manager Computer literate (basic computer knowledge for troubleshooting)--Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
