As a global leader in nourishing crops and delivering distinctive value to the world's agriculture, Mosaic offers an opportunity to share in an exciting future. We are currently seeking an Accountant for our Carlsbad, NM location.  This position is responsible for all Fixed Asset accounting functions and General Ledger account reconciliations.  This person is responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly cost reporting and will assist in budget variance analysis. Principle Accountabilities: Fixed Assets including project accounting. Financial reporting, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. GL Account reconciliations. Training (SAP). Special assignments and Projects. This position is covered by Mosaic's Employee Dispute Resolution program.Mosaic is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Education, Experience, Skills: Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting/Finance is required. 1-2 years experience in Accounting. Strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel.
