  Serve as World Wide Web (WWW) Master and the technical focal point for the WWW, Internet, and Command Web, consisting of a public accessible web, intranet unclassified web, and classified restricted web. Responsible for developing unclassified and classified web pages and implementing web specific applications and interfaces, developing concepts and documentation, recommending, analyzing, and implementing security aspects for the Command and subordinate commands. Provide operational and technical capability to support daily NIPRNet and SIPRNet operations in direct support of the Public Affairs Office and secondary effort to SIPRNet and SIPRNet operations, as required; when required, provide 24x7 support for real-world operations (NIPRNet/SIPRNet operations), regardless of weather conditions. Prescribe measures (technical solutions) to control access, input, and use of web-based services. Provide recommendations to ensure command wide commonality and interoperability of web-based services, and that WWW sites remain in concert with overall JFHQ-NCR/USAMDW, USNORTHCOM, HQDA, and DOD programs, directions, and goals. Interface with the Office of the USNORTHCOM J-6, HQDA CIO/G-6, Network Enterprise Technology Command, and the Installation Management Agency regarding implementation of information assurance procedures and tools for Command web-based services. Comply with the procedures and protocol for posting portal information to the United States Army, U.S. Northern Command, and the Department of Defense information websites.  Serve as an advisor to other in-house personnel with regard to WWW related issues, including browser functionality and portal technology, and may be required to act as the subject matter expert for the purpose of briefings and discussions.
