RTSC operates in 38 states, 37 countries and all seven continents Job Description: Participate in the development of web-based training materials for the Zumwalt Destroyer Training Program (DDG 1000). Will be responsible for programming and maintaining html/JavaScript development templates used to create web-based training files to run in a SCORM conformant learning management system. Required Skills: à Intermediate or Expert level HTML/JavaScript programming skills. à Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance (or above) required. à Excellent communication skills. à Ability to work alone with little supervision as well as be part of a team of developers. à Eight years of experience Desired Skills: à XML and Flash experience. à Expertise in the use of Photoshop/Illustrator. à Experience with SCORM. à Military experience. à Knowledge of Navy training systems and requirements. Required Education (including Major): Bachelors in Web Technologies or similar area. Experience can substitute for educational requirements.
