Currently, Aviall, Inc. is looking for an Office Clerk for our warehouse facility located near DFW airport.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 3:00 p.m.-12:00 p.m.
Hourly Rate $13.20 per hour
Duties:
· Various office and administrative duties involving processing international shipments.
· Trace shipments for customers.
· Build relationships with customers while providing administrative support.
· Entering data into shipment database
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Possess a minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in an office environment. Microsoft Word or Excel experience required. International shipping experience a plus.
SKILLS:
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
