UNIX Systems Administrator
This position is located in our DC, Washington facilityCustomer requirements: Will serve as the System administrator specializing in Unix system (Solaris 9/10) architecture design and implementation. Candidate should be able to plan, coordinate, evaluate, develop and implement infrastructure initiatives as well as perform dat-to-day system administration duties. Develop and maintain UNIX infrastructure standards, investigate new technologies and products for possible implementation. Environment: Solaris 9/10 w/LDAP and Win2K3, Veritas Netbackup and Network Appliance file servers. Expertise: Sun HW servers and JEDI application experience a plus. Duties: Knowledge, skills, and proven ability in UNIX system administration Sun Solaris and scripting preferred. Experience with IISE Guard or Trusted Solaris systems a plus. Must havea a current/active DOD TS/SCI clearance only. Requires BS/BA degree.Requires 8-10 years experience with SUN HW and Solaris OS preferred.MUST HAVE A CURRENT/ACTIVE DOD TS/SCI CLEARANCE.
