Fundamental level knowledge of designated systems. Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of designated systems and services. Applies fundamental level diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures. Escalates complex issues to more experienced Technical Support Specialists. Must have strong customer service awareness and oral communications proficiency. Must be able to collaborate in a team environment.Provide instruction to military personnel on setup, operation, and configuration of communication (radio,telephone,data) Command & Control Center.Provide instruction to military personnel on setup, operation, and configuration of Generator Environmental Control Unit Tent Trailer (GETT). Develop training material using source equipment and reference material. May work in physically demanding environment: construct tents, lift, move, and setup heavy equipment. (Up to 100 lbs). May work in inclement weather conditions.Possess (or Have Ability to Obtain) Secret Security ClearanceWillingness to Travel up to 25%, conus and oconus, >25% travel is available if desired.QualificationsThis position requires a high school diploma and 3 years of related experience on a single designated system.?
