Trade Control Mgr L Position Description Manages export administration employees and first-level managers providing guidance, authorization documentation, coordination, processes, procedures and internal controls to facilitate the export of company products and services. Develops and executes integrated organizational projects and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Responsible for the consistent execution of export organization processes (EPBM) to meet both company and program initiatives. Responsible for compliance with government laws and regulations. Responsible for building effective working relationships within the organization, with program leadership, and with the US Government. Provides direction to managers to better utilize internal and external resources (individuals, processes, departments, and tools); coordinates with fellow middle level managers and external partners to improve organizational work flow. [ + ] Trade Cntrl Industry Knowledge Complete knowledge of the internal and external business environment. Complete knowledge of your Boeing business segment (to include competitors) and other Boeing product lines. [ + ] Trade Control Compliance Reg In-depth knowledge of company, state, federal and/or international trade control regulations.
