Position Details:The Test Manager will support the Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity (MCOTEA), Quantico, VA. Responsibilities include: support the MCOTEA Chief of Test and Branch Managers in all facets of OT&E to include strategic planning, coordination of the support of various test branches, budget and programmatic tasks; ensure quality and content of technical and programmatic products; manage various teaming arrangements and coordinate use of resources to accomplish objectives; assist Branch Managers in test events; define system requirements, develop technical solutions, perform systems functional analysis and perform T&E activities. Applicant should possess superior oral, written, and inter-personal communications skills, be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office IT products, and have experience briefing senior leadership for information and decisions. Travel may be required for periods up to 6 weeks    Qualifications: BS or BA in technical or engineering related field* T&E experience* Working knowledge of applicable DoD, USN, and USMC acquisition policies * Active DoD Secret Clearance Prefer the following:* Masters Degree * Professional registration * Experience with Joint and DoD level programs * Experience with Combat Service Support equipment * Marine Corps Operational experience and Prior Military experience.  BAE invites candidates with an active Top Secret SCI security clearance to submit their resume for consideration for this position.
