Technical Writer/SW Engineer

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 52401 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Reference Code: 1001135237 This position is not quite a full fledged Software Engineer. It is closer to a Technical Writer, but he nature of the documentation crafted requires them to have some experience with Software Engineering. * All candidates must be Greencard holders or U.S. Citizens * There is a possibility that this could become a permanent job for the right candidate Working with the Airborne Navigation department of the GS Sensor Systems business area. The products for which this position is tasked for are real time embedded GPS receivers designed for manned military airborne applications.POSITION: Primary responsibility of this individual will be to create documentation around the software product that has been developed. However, the nature of the documentation is such that candidates need to have some experience in Software Engineering.
