This is a permanent position with our client in Los Angeles County, CA (bordering on Orange County).  JOB DESCRIPTION: The right candidate has an understanding of Video/Display Systems and Embedded Systems Design and will be able to troubleshoot and debug Complex Electronic Systems. Candidate will also schedule and set up detailed development and production jobs, along with handling bidding and proposal tasks. (Must have a working knowledge of risk mitigation plans as well as experience with Earned Value Cost Tracking.)  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 10-15 years experience as a Systems Engineer Familiarity with Wintel Computers and drivers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with the following tools: MS Project, Probidder, Protel, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Military Specifications and requirements applicable to electronic design.
