The successful candidate will lead new Research and Development effort in Co-Generation/Tri-Generation Systems and perform system engineering associated with the development of troop support products for defense applications. Specific Responsibilities include the following: Requirements Analysis, Product Functional Analysis, Sub-System Allocation, Trade Studies, Risk Management, Design/Development, Proposal Preparation, Project Planning, Technical Analysis, Preparation of Technical Reports, and Customer Presentations. Volt is an Equal Opportunity EmployerRequirements: Required Qualifications: General knowledge of various thermodynamic cycles/technologies such as Absorption, Adsorption, Brayton, Vapor Compression, etc.; Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools and Project Management Tools; Strong Technical background; Strong Communication Skills; Ability to form and manage cross-functional teams. BSEE or BSME required, MSEE or MSME desired.
