BAE Systems is pleased to announce an opening for a Supply & Facility Manager supporting our operations at Los Angeles AFB, CA. Here are a few more details about the open position:Job Title: Supply & Facility ManagerSupporting: Technologies Solutions & ServicesTechnologies Solutions & Services of BAE Systems Inc. provides a full spectrum of systems engineering, technical services and ordnance systems to our customers in disciplines essential for successful systems development, operation, and maintenance.  Our full life-cycle systems capabilities include system design, integration and test, software development engineering, and maintenance and integrated logistics support. Position Details: Manage & supervise program office supplies & inventories, budget, funding and expense requirements, accountable items; supply records and database tracking.  Maintain interface with program office staff to support Government Purchase Card program, source material for ordering and tracking orders, and stock of recurring and expendable supplies.  Account for all equipment on CA/CRL, initiate Report of Survey on lost equipment; budget supplies; maintain bench-stock of office supplies; manage supply funds in CCARS; order equipment supplies—track orders to completion; monitor issue and turn-in of accountable and non-accountable supplies and equipment. Develop/maintain procurement documentation.  Interface with the building manager to communicate program office needs & concerns; follow up to ensure completion; provide feedback to originator when project is completed.  Act as program office Telephone Control Officer (TCO).  Interface with AF Base communications office to set up SIPRnet accounts and international calls.  Support phone, fax and message center (voice and mail) administration, phone activation and long distance codes. Qualifications:  High School plus five years direct experience with DOD supply, facility and telephone control activities.   BAE invites candidates with an active Secret security clearance to submit their resume for consideration for this position.
