Supply Chain Management-Subcontracts Administrator

Lead the supply chain process for multiple programs. Key contributor in the supply chain process from proposal activities (front-end business) through contract closure whether for make or buy parts, Commercial Off the Self (COTS) products, services/labor, engineering services, or parts made to specifications. Participates in the source selection process. Initiates Requests for Proposals (RFPs), negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Teaming Agreements. Analyzes proposed pricing from potential suppliers, o btain material estimates, and develop Cost and Price analysis. Works with internal customers to ensure specifications and Statement of Works (SOW) are appropriate for the tasks or products required. Manages performance of high dollar Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), or Time and Material (T&M) subcontracts. Projects future costs of material for proposals and monthly financial reports covering multiple years. Conducts investigations to ensure suppliers' ability to produce within cost and schedule. Locates sources to provide critical material and services needed to support potential business opportunities. Knowledge of FAR, and DFARs. Complies with all public law requirements, as well as, company and business policies and procedures, and import and export regulations. Required Skills: 6 + years of Supply Chain Experience. Experience in subcontract administration. Working knowledge of FARs and DFARs. Experience managing various contract types. Desired: TS with SSBI Security Clearance.
