NANGWIK SERVICES, LLCJob DescriptionChenega Title: Standardization and Evaluation SupportCompany Title: Intel Analyst IIILocation: VariousFLSA Status: ExemptClearance: TS / SCI Clearance Summary with Current SSBISummary:Work closely with the and Program Manager to provide administrative and operational support to the AF ISR Agency Chief, Intelligence Standardization and Evaluations Branch.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position • Assist Chief, Stan/Eval and Superintendent with daily administrative and management duties of AF ISR Agency Stan/Eval Branch.• Schedule, plan & program finances, travel, clearances and pre-visits for Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) and formal inspection of AF ISR Agency subordinate units under the Intelligence Stan/Eval program.• Evaluate, Track, and Monitor for/report to AF ISR Agency Commander on subordinate ISR unit's combat mission readiness/effectiveness. • Assess combat effectiveness/posture of AF ISR Agency intelligence personnel during inspections/SAVs. • Administer evaluations/examinations to Stan/Eval examiners & unit personnel.• Manage Secure Question Banks and Master Question Files for AF ISR Agency Stan/Eval Program.• Assist in establishment/maintenance of Stan/Eval programs for AF ISR Agency subordinate units to include documenting all requirements associated with Stan/Eval program.• Provide Stan/Eval program support and expertise to subordinate units through policy, instructions, supplements, checklists and briefings. • Assist in creation and staffing instructions and other guiding documentation for all levels as needed (HAF, AF ISR Agency, and subordinate organization).• Assist units in complying with all standards, regulations, instructions, and other guidance by assisting in correcting deficiencies, standardizing operational procedures, and guiding program development.Supervision: As Directed. Minimum Qualifications • Air Force ISR or airborne ISR Stan/Eval background (minimum 2 years experience). • Strong understanding of AF intelligence Stan/Eval policy, instructions, requirements. • Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with senior-level government officials and corporate senior staff on all facets of Stan/Eval program. • Understanding of Air Force training, evaluation, and quality assurance methodologies. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team building skills. • Knowledgeable in project management and continuous improvement techniques.• Must be highly motivated and comfortable working with minimum supervision. Education and/or Experience • BS/BA degree.• Air Force Evaluator experience required.• Experience conducting AF inspections and staff assistance visits.• Experience creating and presenting post-inspection reports and briefings• AF ISR operational experience at senior management and supervisory level. • Military Intelligence operational deployment (or deployment-in-place) experience of 3 years or more required. • Headquarters/Wing staff experience required.Computer Skills: • Working knowledge of program management tools (MS Project and reporting). • Proficient in MS Office.
