Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Engineering Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) A major aerospace company located in Georgia is looking to add to their Technical Publications Department to work on a new program.  Competitive Rates! Long Term Project!   The Sr. Technical Writer is responsible either individually or with other team members for the writing of major portions of publication revisions, its contents, and business processes. Support the complete workflow process to ensure successful completion of each revision cycle and distribution of technical publications. This includes support for various quality processes to ensure accuracy, ease of use and time delivery of each revision cycle in the Technical Publication environment. The Sr. Technical Writer will be working under limited supervision. At least four (4) years of related work experience to include at least two (2) years of Standard Graphic Markup Language (SGML) or SGML related software applications experience and/or at least two years of experience with software applications used for the electronic delivery of technical or corporate documents. Ability to read and interpret blueprint and Engineering OrdersMust have a good working knowledge of aircraft systems, tools, test equipment, vendor coding, parts nomenclature, maintenance procedures, and of aircraft equipment and maintenance.Additional skill sets flight manuals, wiring diagrams, avionics systems, IPC, and structures. Benefits include401K, Aetna,  per diem, split break out on rate, holiday pay, vacation pay, mileage reimbursement, life insurance.  Please send your resume to CTS@comforce.com with Technical Writer in Subject Line
