Sr. Technical Order Manager

This position requires experience working with Air Force technical orders and associated military specifications. Individual must have a thorough knowledge of how and why Air Force TOs are inter-related and how a TCTO may affect several different manuals.Must have F-15A and F-15E Armament Loading and Maintenance experience, be able to work independently with minimum supervision, and communicate with a wide range of people at all levels.  A complete knowledge of technicalorder manager responsibilities is essential. Requires expertise in coordinating with manufacturers, engineers, equipment specialists, program managers, et al. Must provide support to document any changes or revisions to all TOs and other documents that may be impacted by a modification or safety issue. Knowledge of technical data acquisition is necessary. Individual assigned to this position should have TO sustainment experience including experience as a TOMA. Provide technical assistance to field units and other directorates on numerous issues concerning F-15 aircraft   Coordinate with Guns, Racks, Launchers, Missiles, A/G Munitions, MMHE, and Armament Test Set Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure cognizant involvement between teams and aircraft systems   Review, advise, and analyze technical/equipment/system data for procurement packages   Effectively works with new components prior to production of systems in development and test    Accurately compiles data to support the development, testing and design of new systems Completely analyze reported problems by researching reports to effectively identify and correct problem areas Compose correspondence explaining technical requirements and actions to solve problems

Job Requirements:
Must have F-15A and F-15E Armament Loading and Maintenance experience Review repair manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns, technical bulletins, and technical data to ensure validation/verification, and kit-proofing requirements have been accomplished Provides technical support and information as appropriate during the review of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) Proficient in the function and use of numerous DoD Programs/Systems to include; D043A, D143C, D200, RDS, SMART, ASSIST, JCALS, JEDMICS, METALS, E-MAIL, IMIS/IETMS, PCMS, ECS, REMIS, and CAMS Ability to edit source data, as required, for completeness of Time Compliance Technical Order packages Review, advise, and make recommendations on AFTO Forms 22 and provide technical support during the preparation of AFMC Forms 252 as necessary to resolve equipment/system issues Research, analyze, evaluate, provide disposition on AFTO Forms 135 Job Code : 281 Division/Department : CDO Technologies Inc Travel Required : 0-10% Skills : Technical Order Management -> develop and implement TO plans, draft technical documents, evaluate contractor outputs, interpret military specs requirements, perform quality review, process engineering drawings, modify programs, review editorial changes
