SVTAD employees are involved in all aspects of test including: design-for-test, integration, subsystem and component level testing through sell-off of IDS' most sophisticated systems and technologies. Opportunities currently exist within SVTAD's Radar Systems Department. This SVTAD department provides system engineering, integration and test expertise to the radar systems programs within IDS . Our opportunities require individuals to perform various engineering activities depending on their experience and skill level, such as test and systems validation, modeling and simulation, requirements development, data analysis, flight test analysis and overall systems integration. Your work will culminate in the testing and fielding of sophisticated radars, defense systems and sensor technologies needed to defend the battlefield, valuable US assets, allies and the homeland from attacks by conventional and nuclear ballistic missile threats. Mastery of end-to-end weapon system knowledge, weapon design, response and timelines, test and deployment strategies and innovative thinking will be key components to your success in these roles. Basic Qualifications * 10 + years overall experience in developing, integrating and testing complex electromechanical systems * 4+ years related overall Engineering Leadership experience * Experience with RF, radar or sensor technologies * Minimum of a Bachelor of Science This US based Raytheon position requires that an individual can obtain a security clearance. To be eligible for a security clearance on a US position, you must be a US citizen.
