Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline plus at least 5 years of directly related experience or a master's degree and 3 years of experience.  In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 10 years applicable work experience.  Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft applications.  A security clearance of an appropriate level may be required after employment. Required Qualifications: Expertise in Non Tactical Combat System Suite (NTCSS) applications.  Ability to perform supply readiness system development testing, Fleet implementation, personnel training, software documentation / revision and life-cycle support.  Ability to conducted software technical capability testing, quality assurance evaluation and testing in the proper operation of supply related automated support systems and the corresponding interface to Relational Supply. Candidate must have active SECRET clearance to be considered for this position. Functional and working knowledge of: - DoD logistics policies and procedures - Navy afloat supply procedures and systems - Inventory control and financial practices Desired Qualifications: Knowledge in Relational Supply (R-Supply), Shipboard Uniform Automated Data Processing System Real Time (SUADPS-RT), Legacy and Optimized Naval Logistic Command Operational Management Information System (NALCOMIS). Ability to advise and assist in the development of supply system related software.  Skill in coordinating and spearheading extensive and long-term projects in assigned areas of responsibility.  Projects are characterized by high visibility, unusual urgency, or program complexity. Responsibilities Directly supports the N4 Directorate at Naval Expeditionary Combat Command. Identifies and makes recommendations related to logistics processes, pertaining to all elements within NECC N4 Directorate. Coordinate with key players in reviewing, modifying, and developing Logistics documentation and CONOPS. Acts as Subject Matter expert for Supply software management programs, R-Supply, NTCSS and others that support supply management programs.
