Sr. Lead Engineer Software Developer

Description:Seeking an applicant with expert development skills and experience in productization of complex software projects to include Win32 network, Linux network, and application programmingTasking will include the implementation of software components on a variety of platforms, and integration of the components to develop a whole system. The applicant will be responsible for developing software components of the system, and potentially reverse engineering other software for integration. The applicant must be comfortable in a self directed, fast paced environment. The applicant will be responsible for bringing components to completion with a set timeline. Knowledge of networking, and telecommunication systems, and their associated hardware is desirable as the project will incorporate elements of VoIP telephony and IP networking. The careful consideration of software security and the elimination of vulnerabilities while maintaining efficient operation are paramount to the success of our projects. The successful applicant will work closely with other groups and division personnel, and with external entities such as service providers and equipment vendors. The critical nature of our clients software will make careful judgment in the execution of duties essential. Some local travel may be required in the performance of duties, particularly for integration with other teams developing components of the system.TS/SCI with Full Scope PolygraphQualifications:A Masters degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years directly related experience or a Bachelors degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 12 years directly related experience is also required.
