We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in Huntsville, AL. ***US Citizenship is required for this position***JOB TITLE: Sr. Field Support Engineer - TOCNETNATURE OF WORK: Network Communications Field Applications Engineer. Travels to customer sites when needed. Core responsibilities include technical management of the TOCNET product line and field applications engineering support. Provides customer support to define the software requirements and assist in the selection of multicast VOIP tool suites which fit customer needs. Provides/supports customer/potential customer demonstrations. Provides on- site engineering analysis of customer integration problems. Participates in design reviews to ensure products meet system level application needs. Defines software requirements at a top level. **QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN** REQUIREMENTS:? US Citizenship ? BSEE or BSCE or equivalent work experience preferred ? 8+ years' related experience ? Must be Clearable or possess a Security Clearance ? Knowledge of H.323, SIP, 802.11 a/b/g, QoS and LAN/WAN Networking. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong presentation skills and be comforatbel presenting to groups and/or individuals ? High degree of team orientation ? Strong probelm solving skills ? Ability/willingness to travel 25% of time or more ? Skilled at configuration & troubleshooting of layer 2 and 3 routing and switching networks ? Strong experience with IP, VOIP, Telephony, Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Gateways, Gatekeepers ? CCNA, CCNP or CCVP preferred ? Experience in DoD environment a plus ? Experience with Technical and System Documentation writing ? Familiarity with DoD Satellite Networks**QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN** Please refer to job description.
