Squadron Office Administrator

We are seeking a Squadron Office Administrator to work directly for the director of a major DoD/USAF program. Specific duties will include tracking of personnel records, review and status of personnel appraisals, status staffing plans, tracking schedules, running audio/video equipment for video teleconferencing, keeping track of personnel and program schedules, keeping track of personnel using the Defense Travel System.

The position requires seven years of administrative experience in business administration. Three years experience credit for a Bachelor’s degree or four years credit for a relevant Master’s degree.  Applicants must be proficient in the use of MS Office software applications, specifically MS Project and Access. In addition, applicants must possess superior communication skills, a documented reputation for meeting deadlines and proactive work habits. The ability to work well with others in a dynamic, active professional environment is required. 

US Citizenship is required with the ability to qualify for a SECRET clearance.  A current SECRET clearance is desired.
