Summary Work closely with the Program Manager to provide administrative and operational support to the AF ISR Agency Chief, Special Operations Branch.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position • Develop of CONOPs for AF ISR Agency SOF programs. • Develop continuity resources for all AF ISR Agency SOF processes; requires duty position analysis and subsequent master task list creation. • Assist customers to develop and document current and future ISR requirements for submission to the AF ISR Agency.• Identification and initial assessment of new technologies for use by AF ISR Agency SOF.• Assess and report on appropriate utilization of AF ISR Agency SOF in accordance with Air Force and AF ISR Agency instructions and guidance. • Develop and document Program Objective Memoranda (POM), Global War on Terrorism (GWOT), Unfunded Request (UFR), and other budget proposals for AF ISR Agency SOF programs. • Support planning and execution of AF ISR Agency SOF contingency, crisis, or exercise missions. • Assist in development of AF ISR Agency SOF strategic plan.• Assist in development of Program Plans (PPLAN) and Program Messages (PMSG). • Identify and document current, planned and future capabilities, forces, and resource shortfalls in satisfying customer stated requirements. • Coordinate and document actions between AF ISR Agency, other organizations and customers to ensure most effective and efficient presentation of AF ISR Agency SOF capabilities. • Review of Command-to-Command memoranda of agreement and support agreements.• Develop and present oral and written status of projects. Supervision: As Directed. Minimum Qualifications • Air Force ISR SOF or airborne ISR SOF background (minimum 2 years experience). • Strong understanding of AF ISR Agency, AFSOC, and SOCOM ISR policy, instructions, requirements. • Ability to understand, interpret, and apply Air Force, Joint, and DoD operational, programming, budgeting, personnel, and other policy, instructions, requirements. • Strong understanding of Air Force PPBE processes. • Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with senior-level government officials and corporate senior staff on all facets of SOF programs. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team building skills. • Knowledgeable in project management and continuous improvement techniques.• Must be highly motivated and comfortable working with minimum supervision. • Understanding of inter- and intra-service agreements.Education and/or Experience • BS/BA degree.• 2 years minimum Air Force ISR SOF experience required (1A8, 1N1, 1N2, 1N4, 1N5).• Experience researching, developing, and submitting to HHQ POM, UFR, and GWOT requests.• Experience creating and presenting reports and briefings to senior staff.• AF ISR operational experience at senior management and supervisory level. • Military ISR operational deployment experience of 3 years or more required. • Headquarters/Wing staff experience required.Computer Skills: • Working knowledge of program management tools (MS Project and reporting). • Proficient in MS Office.
