Software Test Engineer
The position will require the generation of test plans & procedures, conduct of the testing, analysis of the test data, and generation of detailed test reports. The test engineer will be verifying functionality of multiple systems being integrated at the facility. The test engineer will also be responsible for testing new system builds. The test engineer will document defects, usability issues, documentation deficincies and translate these to software development team and writing test scripts. The test engineer will be functionally and performance testing web based solutions, client/server applications. Candidates will be reqired to work well in a team environment.
BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or related field
more than 1 year of Development and/or Test Automation experience
Demonstrated skills in Test Plan and Procedure generation
Demonstrated skills in using automated test tools
Demonstrated skills in oral and written communications
Travel as required in support of the project (5%)
Secret clearance required
Experience with the following technologies:
SQL Server 2005
SharePoint
VMWare
Active Directory
Automate Test Tools (HP Mercury Site Scope)
Identity Access Management
