Software Systems Engineer

SOFTWARE/SYSTEMS ENGINEERS

 

 

Responsibilities:

· Serve as a key member of a software design team

· Prepare software/systems requirements for avionics equipment and displays

· Coordinate changes in software/systems requirements

 

 

Qualifications:

· 5+ years software development experience

· Experience establishing software architecture definition

· Experience in preparing system requirements to capture aspects of functionality

· Experience in developing software requirements from system requirements

· Experience with software development to industry standards, DO-178B preferred

· Familiarity with FAA TSO procedures preferred

· Experience using DOORs preferred

· Excellent writing and communication skills

· BSCS/EE/SE or MSCS/EE or other technical degree

· US citizenship required
