The Shipping/Receiving Specialist II will attend to the receiving, handling, delivering, and shipping of units (LRU's), Electronic Circuit Cards (SRU's), and component parts to the using departments. He/ She will also maintain electronic records in accordance with established procedures using an automated management system and is responsible for performing warehousing functions, including but not limited to: receipt of and unloading material, consolidating or packing equipment for shipping.

Receives incoming productIdentifies and documents any damages to incoming unitsEnters data to create basic repair order in SAPReviews customer purchase orders and associated paperworkAccesses multiple computer programs to determine statusDeals with internal and external customersPacks finished goods into appropriate shipping cartons following proper proceduresAble to resolve conflicts in a professional mannerWorks as a cooperative, effective member of the team, willing to help out, and open to new ideas on continuous improvementPromotes/ participates in and supports Lean (HOS) cultureThis position may require some weekend work and candidate must be able to support the scheduling needs of the operation. Basic Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalentComputer and keyboarding skills, including MS OFFICE suite proficiency - SAP experience highly preferredMust be able to lift 30 lbs from floor, and 50 lbs from bench height on a regular basis1 year receiving experienceStrong oral written and verbal communication skills
