Engineering leader seeks Senior Pricing Analyst in Herndon, VA. You will support strategic pursuits across the entire division and will provide direct support to the Manager of Strategic Pricing by reviewing solicitations and preparing complicated pricing proposals in adherence to the RFP requirements.


You will be an integral member of the capture / proposal team assisting in the development of the pricing strategy, identifying risks and interpreting solicitation requirements. You will also maintain complete proposal documentation and files.

In this critical role, you willPrepare timely, accurate and compliant cost and business proposals and participate in the proposal pricing process.Work closely with Contracts, Purchasing, Human Resources and Operations to ensure accuracy and coordination of cost proposals and to collect data.Assist in developing competitive analysis. Participate in pricing review with upper management and coordinate with senior staff to determine pricing structure and strategy.Support audits and participate in cost proposal clarifications or negotiations.Prepare and analyze RFP requirements including terms and conditions and cost volume documents.Provide direction to subcontractors involved in proposal preparation.


Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Relevant advanced degree is preferred (i.e. MBA)5-8 years of experience pricing to Government requirements for services, both task orders and strategic contracts. Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, CPAF and T&M.Familiarity with Government Cost Accounting Principles and the FAR. Proficiency in MS Office applications.High level of ability to perform tasks with minimum supervisionU.S. Citizenship is required
