Senior Pilot Deputy PM

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Primary duty is to manage the standardization check flights conducted by the IFS training team IPs and the aircraft specific standardization check pilots. 2. Additional duties include providing deputy program management duties, technical direction and guidance in support of Iraqi Air Force pilot training. 3. This includes but is not limited to recruiting of candidate instructor pilot workforce, Program of Instruction (POI) development and coordination with the government. 4. Support the IFS project, including academic instruction, simulator device instruction, flight training and management of personnel. 5. Responsible for assisting the stand-up of an IFS training base, including the planning, coordination, schedule development, direction and control related to all technical support activities necessary to support task execution. 6. Assist in strategic program guidance and direction in support of the customer?s over-arching goals, objectives and mission and as such, will ensure compliance with all management plans, policies and procedures and is responsible for assisting in the resolution of technical problems.Compensation package to $330,000 OCONUS.QualificationsQualifications:1. To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform check flight standardization duties satisfactorily. 2. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 3. Must be able to pass a FAA Class II flight physical as well as random drug screenings.Education and Experience: 1. Graduate of the Airforce Instructor Pilot course with experience 10+ years experience at the squadron wing flight standardization level. 2. Multi-engine helicopter experience would be a plus. 3. Additional aircraft qualification training will be provided as needed.4. Senior level Airforce command and staff experience preferred.5. Additional course work or participation in applicable seminars/symposia also preferred, Bachelor?s degree, or higher, in an aviation related curriculum would also be a plus. Computing Skills: 1.
