Senior Materials Analyst/Planner
2 contract assignments with Major Aerospace client located in Phoenix, AZ near the Deer Valley airport and the other in Tempe.Consultant may oversee activities related to the purchase of material, material control, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions. Develop implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems. Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. Develop material schedules and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Review and plan requirements for purchasing materials. May prepare material requirement plans using enterprise resource planning systems. May assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5 years directly related experience Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skill set Strong Leadership capability Customer Interface Experience Additional Qualifications: APICS Certification Strong Organizational Skill set Green Belt Certified Prior production control experience Experience in cross functional teams Candidates responding to this posting must be able to pass a clear, Criminal Background screen which includes both Felony and Misdemeanors.
