Senior Cost
Analyst

You will provide cost estimating and economic analysis support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in support of the development, fielding, and integration of the Ballistic Missile Defense System. You will also develop complex quantitative cost models using standard estimating methodologies; perform cost risk assessments; and support economic analyses such as Analysis of Alternatives or Business Case Analysis.
 
Qualified Candidates Will Possess:Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Computer Science7+ years' experience with cost estimating in  a government environment Secret Clearance Experience with parametric, engineering build-up, and analogous cost estimating methodologies; learning curves; data collection; and statistical analysis Experience with developing and presenting life-cycle cost estimates, Business Case Analysis, Analysis of Alternatives, or other economic studies Experience analyzing and utilizing CPRs and DD 1921s data in cost models Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong written/verbal communication skills Desired Skills:Experience in missile defense and/or MDA Experience leading cost and economic analysis efforts as a whole or sub-tasks Knowledge of ACEIT, @Risk, Crystal Ball, PRICE, or other cost estimating and risk analysis programs CCE/A designation MS or PhD degree in Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Computer Science
