Honeywell curretnly has an opening at the Plymouth, MN Facility for a Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer, specifically in the Photolithography area. Candidates will have at least a bachelor's of science degree in engineering, physics, or chemistry and 0-5 years experience in the semiconductor manufacturing environment. Good problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a firm knowledge of the scientific process are required. Knowledge of DOE, SPC, Gannt charts, Microsoft Office, and statisitcal analysis tools are preferred, but not required. A strong desire to learn and grow is also preferred.  Responsibilities will include supporting the Photolithography area, focused on sustaining photoresist track equipment, the processes using that equipment, and the overall photolithography process. Other opportunities for growth and learning will become available as responisibility is demonstrated.

Basic Qualifications:

 

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Bachelor of Science Degree or related field.

PC proficiency, including MS Office and technical engineering software - CAD.

Resume will reflect demonstrated ability to exercise problem solving skills with positive results.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Minimum of two years in the area of semeconductor industry strongly preferred..

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing (Green Belt Certification a plus).

Knowledge of Photolithography process strongly preferred.
